Monica E. Lukoschek
Ms. Lukoschek has been practicing exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration and nationality law since 1987. She is a graduate, cum laude, of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and received her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Lukoschek is well-versed in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa categories and in representing large domestic and multi-national companies, as well as small enterprises and individuals in employment- and family-based immigration issues. She has extensive experience in advising corporate clients regarding the hiring, transfer and retention of international employees, the immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex business immigration matters. Ms. Lukoschek has spoken on business immigration-related topics at a variety of bar and continuing legal education seminars and served as the 2004 Chair and 2005 Vice Chair of the Orange County Bar Association, Immigration Section.
Ms. Lukoschek founded the Law Offices of Monica E. Lukoschek, a professional law corporation, in December 2001, which allows her to provide efficient and high quality service to her individual and business clients.
Ms. Lukoschek is fluent in Spanish.

Irene E. Lefebvre
Ms. Lefebvre has been employed as a Paralegal exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration and nationality law since 1981. She has broad experience in all aspects of business immigration law, including managing high volume matters for major corporate clients. She received her undergraduate degree in Linguistics, cum laude, at the University of California, Irvine in June 1981, including one year of study at the Georg-August Universität in Göttingen, Germany. She received her Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies at the University of California, Irvine in 1989.
Ms. Lefebvre is conversant in German and reads Spanish and French.
